Pomodora was born from my love for food, wine and the happiness they bring.

My cuisine has evolved to be shared in a leisurely way with friends and family, the way my family has always done.

Pomodora’s food is based mainly on the freshest of local ingredients as well as some imported staples to stay true to the flavours and history of the home countries.

Each dish I prepare is made with love and respect of your enjoyment as much as it is respectful of the produce and of those who developed these recipes and cooked them for hundreds of years before us.
